Responsibilities

• Manage posting across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn via Buffer
• Curate creative content sequences to ensure a consistent brand story
• Write sharp, on-brand captions
• Proactively flag content gaps and manage posting schedules
• Respond to comments and DMs and engage with top posts in skincare and wellness
• Handle community management and nurture the Nolla community

Requirements

• Genuine taste in skincare and wellness content
• Strong organizational instincts and ability to track deadlines
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts
• Strong caption writing skills
• Proficiency in Buffer or comparable scheduling tools
• Passion for health, wellness, and consumer products

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal social presence with an engaged following in health, wellness, or beauty
• Experience with content calendars or Notion
• Creative ideas for differentiating healthcare brands on social media
