Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Create, write, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and short-form video content
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
  • Track and analyse performance metrics and provide monthly reporting
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visual assets
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
  • Assist with influencer outreach and community partnership initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
  • Proficiency in Canva or basic Adobe tools
  • Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies preferred
