Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute posting across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
• Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with brand and growth priorities
• Write and produce posts that educate, inspire, and spark conversation
• Translate financial concepts into clear, compelling, and culturally relevant content
• Identify and execute on trends, formats, and narratives that drive virality
• Actively manage comments, conversations, and community interactions
• Track and improve key metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and shares
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on social channel performance
• Collaborate with Content, Video, PR, Brand, and Paid Marketing teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media, content, or growth roles
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts with measurable results
• Experience creating or directing high-performing content across multiple platforms
• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Experience working with video content (short-form and/or YouTube)
• Deep familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of personal finance or willingness to rapidly build expertise
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow
