Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and publish compelling multimedia content, including reels, short-form videos, and professional graphics
• Oversee daily channel operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally
• Lead video shoots for student testimonials and instructor features
• Monitor growth metrics and provide actionable reports to optimize social strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience managing professional social media accounts
• Strong proficiency in visual storytelling and basic video/photo editing
• Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps primary, 10 Mbps backup)
• Desktop or laptop with minimum Intel Core i5/Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM
• Noise-canceling USB headset and a functioning webcam
• A quiet, dedicated home office space and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
