Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Supabase's social presence across X, Threads, and Bluesky
  • Develop the brand voice, content strategy, and posting cadence for a developer audience
  • Create original content including tweets, threads, shorts, memes, and visual posts
  • Engage with the developer community by joining conversations and building relationships with founders and creators
  • Monitor trends and sentiment across developer social media to identify timely content opportunities
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to amplify launches and open-source updates

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing social media for a technical or developer-focused product
  • Proven track record of growing audiences on Twitter/X, ideally in dev tools, open source, or SaaS
  • Deep understanding of developer culture, memes, and technical social media nuances
  • Ability to write witty, concise, and technically credible content that feels native to developer Twitter
  • Experience working effectively in an asynchronous, globally distributed, remote-first environment
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
