Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own all organic social media channels including LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Manage the full social media lifecycle: calendar, posting, copy, hooks, and community engagement
• Operate the Creator Program by reviewing submissions, managing payout tiers, and maintaining automations
• Amplify founder and team content through strategic repurposing and timing
• Track and report on key metrics such as reach, followers, signups, and creator output

Requirements

• Proven experience running social media for a brand or product, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or dev tools
• Deep familiarity with AI and tech culture on platforms like X and TikTok
• Strong operational skills to manage creator programs, spreadsheets, and payouts
• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, scroll-stopping content
• Technical curiosity and ability to understand AI workflows and products
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a personal following on X or TikTok
• Experience managing ambassador, creator, or referral programs at scale
• Experience working with technical audiences such as developers and engineers
