Responsibilities
- Develop original cinematic concepts for social media video (Reels, TikTok, brand films, lifestyle shoots)
- Create storyboards, moodboards, scripts, shotlists and visual references for shoots
- Provide clear creative direction to production teams on vibe, pacing, angles and aesthetics
- Research trends in cinematography, luxury lifestyle visuals and Dubai content aesthetics
- Build and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and X accounts
- Create, schedule and publish content: captions, reel concepts and story sequences
- Collaborate with videographers, editors and marketing to ensure consistent storytelling
- Monitor engagement, respond to community and track performance metrics
- Prepare performance reports and recommend content optimizations
- Manage paid social campaigns and support event and launch coverage
