Social Media Strategy Intern

Responsibilities

• Build a clear social media content strategy including pillars, tone of voice, and cadence
• Create a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches and growth goals
• Produce and publish content across Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Facebook Groups
• Edit short-form video using CapCut or Adobe Express
• Engage with community members via comments and DMs
• Track weekly performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversion
• Run experiments on hooks, formats, and posting times

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook content best practices
• Ability to craft a premium, modern aesthetic
• Strong copywriting skills for punchy hooks and captions
• Proficiency in short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent)
• Basic design skills using Canva or Figma
• Organized approach using Notion or Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photography or basic directing for UGC
• Experience working with creators or brand ambassadors
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic advertising
• Experience repurposing content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts
