Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust web and mobile applications
• Lead and manage development projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates
• Manage internal software development, automation, and system improvement initiatives
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to maintain high coding standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, QA specialists, and business teams
• Oversee project timelines, scope, and deliverables to meet business objectives
• Research and adopt emerging technologies to enhance products and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience managing development projects
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, React, or Node.js
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
