Glydways is reimagining what public transit can be. We are building a groundbreaking network of carbon-neutral, interconnected transit pathways powered by standardized autonomous vehicles on dedicated roadways to provide high capacity, affordable, and sustainable mobility.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect unified testing frameworks for SIL, HIL, and simulation environments
• Build, configure, and maintain physical HIL benches and hardware interfaces like CAN adapters
• Integrate automated HIL testing into Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve HIL infrastructure and CI systems
• Monitor and report on runtime performance, system health, and reliability metrics

Requirements

• Deep understanding of HIL, SIL, and simulation testing strategies for safety-critical systems
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and Bash for test automation
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot physical test benches using electrical schematics and lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, PCAN adapters)
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Nix, Docker, or Ansible
