Software Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Deliver value by working on tasks with well-defined and delimited scopes
• Execute technical solutions with a focus on code quality under the guidance of senior team members
• Collaborate with team colleagues on direct team deliveries
• Participate actively in technical discussions and routines to understand solution contexts
• Demonstrate proactivity in technical evolution and problem-solving

Requirements

• Previous experience in software development (internships, personal projects, academic, or professional)
• Basic or theoretical knowledge of relational databases (queries, relationships)
• Understanding of system integration and APIs (REST, JSON)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Golang
• Familiarity with containers (Docker)
• Knowledge of microservices or software architecture
• Experience or notions of messaging (queues/events, e.g., Kafka, SQS)
• Technical English reading skills for documentation and research
