Responsibilities

• Deliver functionality by developing working software and ensuring reliable software solutions
• Pair with customer developers and military service members to teach agile practices like TDD and continuous delivery
• Champion AI-augmented ways of working to accelerate delivery and reduce cycle time
• Build and test software solutions while ensuring teams can build upon provided technical foundations
• Work with clients to implement design thinking, backlog management, and user-driven functionality

Requirements

• Active Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance
• 3-6 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in PHP, Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience with Spring Boot, React.js, Vue, or Redux
• Experience with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools (Git, Concourse, GitLabCI, SonarQube, etc.)
• Strong understanding of algorithms, databases, and design patterns
• Experience with API development and Linux environments
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• U.S. Citizenship required

• Experience developing cloud-native applications
• Experience leading a product or development team
• Experience building and deploying in a continuous delivery environment
• Experience working directly with clients
• Strong facilitation skills
