Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a full-stack web engineering squad based in Dubai (hybrid), fostering technical excellence, ownership, and psychological safety.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear OKRs/KPIs, and provide continuous feedback and career development coaching.
  • Mentor engineers on code quality, architecture, best practices, and soft skills (communication, leadership).
  • Make technical decisions on architecture, technology selection, and standards; drive performance and optimization efforts.
  • Own SSR and frontend performance initiatives (Core Web Vitals, critical rendering path) and collaborate with product and SEO teams on technical SEO.
  • Participate in hiring, interviewing, and building a high-performing engineering culture.
  • Act as technical point of contact for stakeholders (product, design, operations) and communicate roadmap and trade-offs.

  • Cross-platform (mobile/web) exposure
  • Excellent verbal and written English
