Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams
• Own features end-to-end from technical design to deployment and monitoring
• Design and evolve architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
• Create clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
• Mentor teammates and conduct code reviews

Requirements

• Professional experience building web applications or APIs
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (Postgres/AWS Aurora)
• Proficiency with Git, testing, and debugging
• For Senior roles: 4+ years of experience and deep expertise in scalable production systems
• For Staff/Lead roles: 8+ years of experience and proven technical leadership
