Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint
• Develop features requiring novel technical design and mentor junior developers
• Serve as technical SME in the sprint, managing pipelines and environments
• Present technical and sprint demos during review meetings
• Ensure team understands acceptance criteria and track daily progress
• Document plans to anticipated risks and blockers to increase velocity

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects
• Proficiency in building user interfaces, REST APIs, or administering databases/cloud/servers
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React and TypeScript
• Extensive experience building scalable server-side applications using Node.js
• Experience managing DevOps pipelines and acting as a technical lead
• Experience presenting to client stakeholders and communicating business value
• Experience with coaching and mentoring through code reviews
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
