Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers through mentorship, regular feedback, and career growth planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable features.
• Drive architectural decisions, promote best practices, and ensure system performance and reliability.
• Scale the team and organization by improving processes, supporting hiring, and increasing team velocity.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership across teams.
• Anticipate growth challenges and evolve workflows to maintain focus on user and business value.
