Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology teams, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Develop and implement technological strategies aligned with business objectives
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Promote the adoption of software development best practices, including Agile and DevOps
• Ensure the quality and security of the solutions developed by the team
• Utilize a technical profile to design innovative technological solutions that meet business needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading technology teams with a track record of delivering complex, high-scalability projects
• Solid technical understanding of backend engineering
• Ability to develop and implement technological strategies supporting business goals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design effective technical solutions aligning technology with business strategy
