Software Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical and project management contact throughout the sales, implementation, and deployment phases.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including gathering requirements, establishing project scope, and maintaining accountability.
• Plan, track, and manage the implementation process to ensure successful system adoption.
• Deliver customized training and ongoing support to end-users, IT departments, and management.
• Partner with the product team to define and verify customizations for enterprise software implementations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience delivering end-to-end enterprise software implementations, integrations, and training.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering/documentation.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including significant time site-based at client locations in Abu Dhabi.
• B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, IT, Economics, Finance, or Business.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Technologies, ERP, or Accounting software.
• Knowledge of commodity markets, trading, risk management, ETRM, or CTRM.
• Background in the maritime shipping, energy, oil, or gas industries.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, and MS Office applications.
• Exposure to programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, XML, or scripting languages.
