Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Independently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of software solutions to potential clients.
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 2-4 years of overall work experience required.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
  • Educational background in Business Management (Computer Science background is a plus).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
