Job description
Responsibilities
- Independently achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training to showcase Azeus Convene to prospective clients.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via targeted outreach, networking and events.
- Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM; ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from lead to closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and sector opportunities to grow pipeline.
- Based in UAE with willingness to travel across the GCC / Middle East region.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT software sales in the assigned region
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience selling to BFSI, Government, listed companies and large enterprises
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience demonstrating products to senior stakeholders, including C‑Suite
- CRM proficiency and pipeline management
- Willingness to travel within the GCC
- Ready to join within 1–2 months' notice
- Strong team player and collaborative mindset
- Excellent academic record (minimum ~70% where applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management (Computer Science or technical background is a plus)
- Prior experience with board portals or meeting/collaboration software
- Multilingual or regional language skills advantageous
