Job description

Responsibilities

  • Independently achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training to showcase Azeus Convene to prospective clients.
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via targeted outreach, networking and events.
  • Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM; ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from lead to closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and sector opportunities to grow pipeline.
  • Based in UAE with willingness to travel across the GCC / Middle East region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT software sales in the assigned region
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Experience selling to BFSI, Government, listed companies and large enterprises
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience demonstrating products to senior stakeholders, including C‑Suite
  • CRM proficiency and pipeline management
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC
  • Ready to join within 1–2 months' notice
  • Strong team player and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent academic record (minimum ~70% where applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management (Computer Science or technical background is a plus)
  • Prior experience with board portals or meeting/collaboration software
  • Multilingual or regional language skills advantageous
