Responsibilities

  • Manage Solution Architect operations within the Managed Services' Continuous Improvement Team (CIT)
  • Drive successful Continuous Improvement activities for international clients
  • Deliver high-quality and high-value managed services
  • Provide expert guidance on business platform design
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Management, Account Management, and the Senior Solution Architect Team

Requirements

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of ERP consulting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions
  • Proven track record of multiple end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong leadership experience and project management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
