Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Produce creative solution and environment designs to meet complex and competing requirements
• Serve as the go-to expert for technical challenges, leveraging problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and holistic thinking
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them to maximize value from their Quantexa implementations
• Improve business-wide best practices through your knowledge and experience
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with autonomy to prioritize workload for maximum client impact
• Mentor and coach others to foster professional growth within the organization and nurture team development

Requirements

• Determination to build systems that maximize customer value
• Extensive experience in hands-on technical deliveries, leading technical teams from design to implementation
• Strong coding experience in at least one of: Spark, Scala, Java, production-grade Python
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, including unit testing, version control with Git, and engineering best practices
• Proven expertise in designing technical solutions for complex data-focused requirements, including non-functional needs (performance, maintainability, security, integration)
• Experience addressing data challenges (quality assurance, updates, structure changes, rollback strategies)
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
