Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and account management teams to develop customized solution proposals aligned with client strategic objectives.
• Lead solution shaping sessions and manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle in coordination with architects and product specialists.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to diverse client audiences and decision-makers.
• Manage RFI and RFP processes with precision to ensure thorough and competitive responses.
• Analyze competitive solutions and market dynamics within the regional financial services landscape.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable.
• Document and communicate solution details clearly to all stakeholders throughout the sales and implementation process.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent consulting role.
• Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or FinTech environments.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, wealth management practices, and financial services business models.
• Hands-on experience leading and managing RFI/RFP processes.
• Proven ability to lead solution discovery workshops to identify client pain points and value drivers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative selling mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite.
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking and Sharia-compliant products.
• Deep domain expertise in accounting, fund administration, and regulatory workflows.
