Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and account management teams to develop customized solution proposals
• Lead solution shaping sessions and manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for diverse client audiences
• Manage RFI and RFP processes with precision and professionalism
• Analyze competitive solutions and market dynamics within the financial services landscape
• Support new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities through consultative selling
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure technically sound and commercially viable solutions
• Document and communicate solution details to all stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Solution Consultant or Sales Engineer in Banking, Wealth Management, or FinTech
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for C-level engagement
• Strong understanding of banking operations and wealth management practices
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience managing RFI/RFP processes
• Experience leading solution discovery workshops
• Ability to design and present end-to-end solution architectures
• Deep domain expertise in accounting, fund administration, and regulatory workflows
• Experience with Islamic Banking and Sharia-compliant products is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite
