Solutions Architect, Enterprise Learning Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the overall learning solution design for multi-component, multi-modal learning initiatives
• Develop solution architectures that combine various delivery approaches to solve business challenges
• Create clear design specifications to guide development and delivery teams
• Evaluate learning objectives and audience needs to recommend the appropriate mix of instructor-led, virtual, digital, and on-the-job learning
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners supporting content development and platforms
• Lead projects from early design through implementation, including project planning and risk management
• Review storyboards, prototypes, and final deliverables to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in instructional design, learning consulting, or learning solutions architecture
• Proven experience designing multi-modal learning programs that combine different delivery approaches
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex learning initiatives
• Experience managing vendors or external development partners
• Solid understanding of learning technologies, modalities, and delivery strategies
• Bachelor's degree is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Instructional Design or a related field
