Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements, workflows, and integration constraints into clear solution designs
• Own solution blueprints, workflow maps, and migration plans from discovery through delivery
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to lead discovery and requirements gathering
• Deliver tailored demos and solution workshops for enterprise stakeholders
• Partner with Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and resolve gaps
• Troubleshoot platform configuration, integrations, data, and permissions
• Serve as a bridge between customer-facing teams and Product/Engineering
• Build reusable assets like playbooks, migration guides, and workflow templates

Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation
• Experience supporting complex B2B environments
• Proven track record of translating ambiguous requirements into scalable designs
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with platform configuration and integrations
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with enterprise customer onboarding and implementation operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in contingent workforce, EOR, AOR, staffing, or talent platforms
