Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Own the customer as the single point of contact, defining success plans and ensuring clear communication throughout the post-sale journey
• Act as the main technical point of contact, guiding customers to leverage Pipe17 using best practices
• Lead multiple implementation projects, including planning, estimation, and requirements gathering
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements or product use cases
• Configure Pipe17 products based on specific customer needs
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues, engaging engineering when necessary
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to act as the "Voice of the Customer"
• Create and improve documentation for customers and internal onboarding processes

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the e-commerce business and information flow (orders, shipping, fulfillment)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica) including configuration and integration
• Ability to work with APIs and JSON for data integration
• Basic to intermediate JavaScript skills for customization
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce
• Experience with SaaS connectivity solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Workato, Zapier)
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3PL/WMS, B2B sales platforms, or POS systems
• Familiarity with AI tooling for workflow efficiency
• Ability to interpret system logs for issue diagnosis
