Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale technical relationship and serve as the primary technical advisor
• Lead onboarding engagements, including deployment, configuration, and production rollout
• Drive product adoption by developing rollout strategies and building internal champions
• Conduct regular health checks, architecture reviews, and customer check-ins
• Identify expansion opportunities and position relevant add-on products
• Own the technical narrative for renewals and build ROI stories using usage data
• Troubleshoot technical issues by reviewing configurations, logs, and environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Contribute to customer-facing documentation and best practices guides
• Build scalable processes and self-serve resources to reduce time-to-value

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, TAM, etc.)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Comfort working in command line interfaces
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical customer issues
• 4+ years of working experience in a SaaS environment
• Strong communication skills for both engineers and executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Application Security teams
• Familiarity with secret scanning, SAST, DAST, or other AppSec tooling
• Understanding of networking concepts like TLS/SSL, proxies, and firewalls
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience driving renewals or partnering with CSM teams
• Understanding of SaaS commercial models and upsell motions
