Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements and facilitate technical workshops
• Serve as a Solution Architect during the sales cycle, proposing workflows and implementing solutions
• Build custom agents, workflows, and rapid prototypes using GenAI
• Develop integrations with customer systems like CMS, DAM, and marketing automation platforms
• Capture field-proven use cases to inform the product roadmap
• Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment
• Document playbooks, prompts, and technical guides
• Mentor other engineers and present technical demos

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise Solution Architectures
• Extensive hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Gemini) and diffusion models
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization
• Experience with CMS, DAM, and marketing automation tools
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
