Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, owning the technical relationship with stakeholders and partners.
  • Build customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate business value.
  • Lead technical discussions and customer calls, and facilitate technical evaluations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Document and develop processes to help scale the solutions architect team.
  • Provide best practices guidance and cultivate technical champions within customer organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect or similar experience.
  • 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
  • Passion for Generative AI and familiarity with strengths and weaknesses of LLM/AI technologies.
  • Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Excellent communication skills with both executive and technical audiences.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Ability to identify and implement processes in unstructured environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters.
  • Experience with networking (firewalls, DNS, certificate management, etc).
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth, etc).
