Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and customers to understand business objectives, current-state processes, and pain points
• Lead discovery sessions and translate complex business requirements into clear solution designs
• Design scalable solutions leveraging Vic.ai's capabilities while balancing maintainability and time to value
• Act as a subject matter expert on how AI can transform accounts payable (AP) processes
• Develop solution architectures, process flows, and requirements documentation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate technical feasibility and identify product gaps
• Partner with Implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of designed solutions
• Develop reusable solution patterns to accelerate future implementations

Requirements

• Significant experience in accounts payable, finance operations, ERP, or AP automation
• Experience in a Solutions Architect, Solution Consultant, or Sales Engineer role
• Deep understanding of AP processes and supporting systems
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial data workflows
• Demonstrated ability to use AI extensively in day-to-day professional work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
