Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals, workflows, and strategic initiatives
• Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements and translate them into tailored solution recommendations
• Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations to diverse audiences including research leadership and executive stakeholders
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert during the sales cycle, assisting with RFPs, RFIs, and technical evaluations
• Maintain expertise in research administration trends and provide market feedback to Product Management
• Leverage professional networks within higher education and healthcare to identify new opportunities
• Develop reusable demonstration assets, discovery guides, and sales enablement content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Research Administration, Sponsored Programs, IRB/IACUC Administration, or Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience conducting customer-facing meetings and demonstrations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing professional network within research administration or academic medical center communities
• Active participation in professional organizations such as NCURA, SRAI, or PRIM&R
• Experience with SaaS Solutions Consulting or Business Process Consulting
