Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations, including complex cases and internal sales team training.
• Design tailored solutions using Faria’s software to address each school’s specific workflows and needs.
• Partner with schools and internal teams to solve challenges and drive product adoption.
• Gather regional feedback from schools, report patterns and feature gaps to product management, and inform the product roadmap.
• Stay up-to-date on product releases and their impact on new and existing schools.
• Develop market insights focused on regional needs and local adaptation of Faria products.

Requirements

• Excellent communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Deep understanding of at least one Faria product, including features and problem-solving requests.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into clear solutions, benefits, and best practices.
• Experience in customer-facing environments, especially supporting schools and educators.
• Strong knowledge of K-12 school challenges.
• Proven cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• For APAC/China: Mandarin fluency required.
