Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical roadblocks during customer implementations, including configuration and integration issues
• Partner with Launch Managers, Product, and Engineering to scope technical requirements and evaluate feasibility
• Support pre-sales through technical discovery, evaluating integration requirements, and delivering tailored demos
• Build and maintain internal documentation on integration patterns and product workflows
• Develop repeatable approaches for common technical challenges to scale team efficiency

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical implementation role
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Ability to analyze and design data flows across multiple platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort reading API specs
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction industry software
• Experience with accounting systems or ERP integrations (e.g. NetSuite, Sage, Viewpoint)
