Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
• Manage a support case queue and handle inbound customer phone calls during scheduled hours
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to product functionality and integrations
• Perform root cause analysis and reproduce customer-reported issues
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve defects
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Monitor support trends and recommend product or process improvements

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or application support
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, web applications, or APIs
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing platforms like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Linear
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Exposure to BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
