OPAQUE provides verifiable privacy and governance for AI so organizations can safely run models, agents, and workflows on their most sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support technical pre-sales efforts, including custom product demos, solution design, and proof-of-concepts
• Address technical objections and articulate the value of the solution to ensure customer confidence
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding prospects and customers through evaluation and adoption
• Build, maintain, and document demos and POCs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth pilot and implementation processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Technical experience in data engineering, ETL, data applications, or data science
• Developer experience in Python, Scala, Java, or R
• Understanding of GenAI concepts and agentic frameworks
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Startup experience in lean, fast-paced environments
• Proven success supporting technical buyers and collaborating on closing deals
