Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Evangelize the product and mission to potential customers through compelling product demonstrations
• Craft tailored narratives and use cases to meet specific customer needs
• Build compelling product demonstrations and data workflows from scratch
• Channel field use-cases and success stories into strategic positioning
• Architect solutions that address unique customer technical challenges
• Partner with business development and deployment teams to drive new business conversations

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS or technical consulting
• Technical or engineering background in computer science, data science, or quantitative fields
• Significant pre-sales experience including demonstrations, scoping, and technical discussions
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
• Must be located in Canada near a major airport or metropolitan area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public safety, emergency management, or national security environments
• Proficiency in using data analysis and data visualization to tell stories
