Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to bring conversational commerce visions to life
• Lead technical discovery calls and prepare demos to showcase advanced platform capabilities
• Execute delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for complex customer use cases
• Provide technical guidance for API integrations and create technical content for implementation
• Act as a link between GTM and Product teams to document and prioritize customer requests
• Support onboarding and customer support teams with technical troubleshooting

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a revenue-driving, customer-facing technical role (Solutions, Sales, or Support Engineer)
• Strong ecommerce knowledge, with a high preference for the Shopify ecosystem
• Technical proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript and CSS
• Ability to create POC product integrations using documented APIs
• Experience working with high-GMV DTC or omnichannel retailers
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical ideas for diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms, specifically deliverability and segmentation
• Active use and enthusiasm for AI tools in professional workflows
