Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand data and reporting requirements and translate them to engineering
• Educate customers through email, blog posts, and webinars
• Provide analytics support and empower customers with self-service tools
• Tackle business and infrastructure issues through ad hoc analysis and data extraction
• Guide customers in migrating data to their local platforms and tools
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer feedback drives development
• Work with data engineering to design robust data structures and pipelines
• Prioritize technical feedback by engaging directly with customers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare data (revenue cycle, claims, patient access, or interoperability)
• 3+ years of experience in payer-provider managed care contracting
• Expertise in data modeling, large-scale data processing, and Excel
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
