Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert and troubleshooting partner for the Third Party Originations (TPO) channel
• Address daily inquiries from MLOs and resolve technical blockers in the origination and notarization stacks
• Diagnose complex edge cases by interpreting underwriting JSONs and system logs
• Identify and report recurring bugs or UI friction points to engineering and product teams
• Train and educate external brokers on utilizing proprietary technology to close loans
• Maintain high support standards while scaling to handle high volumes of agent messages

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the HELOC and mortgage origination lifecycle
• Proven ability to navigate complex software systems
• Exceptional structured communication skills for explaining technical complexities to non-technical partners
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JSON, SQL, or technical log analysis
• Systems thinking approach to problem-solving
