Responsibilities

  • Own proactive sourcing strategy for Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants to build diverse, qualified pipelines
  • Use advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche databases to surface passive candidates
  • Manage the clinical CRM, including segmenting talent pools and building nurture campaigns
  • Design and execute multi-touch outreach sequences and A/B test messaging
  • Act as a Greenhouse administrator, managing job templates, scorecards, and workflows
  • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and conversion rates
  • Stay informed on dental talent market trends, compensation, and competitor moves

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience with proactive pipeline building
  • Hands-on CRM experience including segmentation and nurture campaigns
  • Advanced sourcing skills using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
  • Greenhouse experience as both a user and an administrator
  • Strong reporting orientation and ability to build data dashboards
  • Excellent written communication for candidate outreach
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in DSO, dental, veterinary, medical, or multi-site healthcare markets
  • Experience with outbound sourcing tools
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and market mapping
