Space Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support advanced test and evaluation initiatives for national security space missions
• Focus on orbital mechanics, spacecraft operations, and system integration to inform strategic defense capabilities
• Develop TTPs, CONOPs, or CONEMPs through technical analysis and validation events

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in spacecraft systems engineering
• Deep understanding of on-orbit spacecraft operations and orbital mechanics
• Proficiency in orbital modeling and simulation analysis
• Experience with launch vehicle integration and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with joint or operational testing
• Experience working on Department of Defense test ranges
• Knowledge of national security space systems and operational planning
