Specialised Participant - Lawyers

Responsibilities

• Complete AI training tasks such as analyzing, editing, and writing annotations grounded in legal reasoning
• Judge AI performance in legal tasks including issue spotting, contract clause interpretation, and legal research summarization
• Provide expert feedback on accuracy, clarity, and legal reasoning quality to improve AI models

Requirements

• Verifiable professional experience as a qualified Lawyer (solicitor, attorney, barrister, in-house counsel, or experienced paralegal)
• Willingness to complete a skills verification test
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on complex tasks
• Reliable and fast internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self-declare earnings as a self-employed participant
• Valid PayPal account for receiving payments

Preferred Qualifications

• General AI training experience
• Accounting domain annotation skills (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, tax rules)
• Trust and Safety experience
• Understanding of Evals, Red Teaming, or quality analytics
