Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a growing Global Corporate team on various initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Conduct research and analyze corporate requirements and processes, primarily related to incorporations and entity maintenance.
- Handle entity structuring, setup, and licensing.
- Work with complex and practice-specific legal documents, forms, and correspondence, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain a database of corporate, officer, director, and other relevant information for all subsidiaries.
- Support compliance and corporate governance matters for subsidiaries as directed by the manager and team.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to support compliance efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced operational efficiency within the Corporate department.
- Collaborate with external counsel and service providers.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in corporate governance, business and commercial law, legal operations, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in law, corporate administration or related field.
- Strong proficiency in using Jira, Salesforce, Looker, and other relevant tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Google equivalents).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in another language.
- Experience in corporate governance and legal operations.
- Experience working with large international teams spread across multiple time zones.
