Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate diagnoses of hand and upper extremity disorders

• Perform advanced surgical procedures including microsurgery, reconstructive surgery, and trauma repair
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient rehabilitation
• Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines
• Participate in training and educational initiatives to support continuous clinical improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex hand and upper extremity surgeries
• Competence in microsurgical and reconstructive techniques
• Familiarity with government healthcare protocols and compliance requirements
• Ability to handle high patient volumes while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
