Specialist I, Experiential Learning Placement

Responsibilities

• Manage placements for sites with standard onboarding procedures
• Assist learners in completing compliance tasks and meeting deadlines
• Provide real-time guidance regarding site requirements and rotation preparations
• Monitor site communication and update learners on placement confirmations
• Collaborate with Specialist III to ensure alignment on learner needs
• Maintain accurate records in CRMs and other technology systems
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support Academic Operations

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in experiential learning, credentialing, or education operations
• Professional communication and correspondence skills
• Experience providing high-quality customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
