Specialist I, Provider Billing Support

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues Clients and Therapists raise via Phone and Live Chat
• Dig deep into problems to identify root causes and work with Product teams to improve the platform
• Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform
• Serve as a customer advocate to ensure Clients and Therapists feel supported

Requirements

• One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes
• Experience working within Claim MD or Availty verifying benefits and reading EOBs
• Experience working within various payer portals
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish preferably)
