Specialist III, Kit Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational hub between vendors, distribution centers, and internal stakeholders to ensure kit accuracy and timely arrival
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and receiving across ERP and e-commerce platforms
• Track and resolve vendor issues, backorders, and delivery changes
• Manage the coursekit inbox to provide fast, accurate answers to Learner questions
• Partner cross-functionally as kit needs evolve with the course catalog
• Flag and escalate operational risks early

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven track record in customer service across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in inventory management and distribution coordination
• Sharp, professional written communication skills
• Proficiency in Outlook and SharePoint
• Experience with Sage, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Ability to remain calm and organized in shifting priority environments
