Specialist Otolaryngology

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed evaluations and diagnoses of patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical interventions
• Conduct complex otolaryngological surgeries utilizing advanced techniques
• Participate actively in teaching medical students, residents, and other healthcare trainees
• Engage in clinical research to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with institutional standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical and surgical management of ENT disorders
• Strong commitment to academic medicine, including teaching and research activities
• Familiarity with advanced surgical techniques and modern medical technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Ability to manage complex cases with a patient-centered approach
