Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including medical record retrieval, provider outreach, and researching contact information
• Create provider level reports and presentations
• Maintain grasp of medical records inventory and deliverables to ensure goals are met
• Make outreach to internal and external partners to improve retrieval goals
• Represent Risk Adjustment to internal and external partners
• Monitor, track, and status inventory
• Develop understanding of day-to-day workflows and internal tools
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or commensurate work experience
• 1+ years experience in chart retrieval or provider outreach
• 1+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations
• 2+ years of experience being held to and accomplishing goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in risk adjustment
